Ming Jiajing and Wanli Dynasty is the high classical period of Ancient Chinese novels, and its creation, inscription, and communication appears to be a thriving scene rather than quiet situation. A novel called "GuoSeTianXiang" which inscribed in the fifteen year of Ming Wanli Dynasty caused a great response in the book market. In the following year, other types of "GuoSeTianXiang" Works such as "XiuGuChunRong", "WanJingQingLin", and three kands of "YanJuBiJi" have emerged. These types of fiction based on the classical erotic novels played a significant role not only in retaining the text of the novel, but also in the fiction category, the development and dissemination. Senior scholars such as Xun Lu, Kaidi Sun, Dakang Chen, Zhida Wu, Tingxing Zhang, Tingfu Huang, Yizhen Sun, Guofu Cheng have mentioned the "GuoSeTianXiang" in their related works, however, it is hard to find out an independent research study which totally focus on or similar to the " GuoSeTianXiang ". As a result, it can be said that the research on the "GuoSeTianXiang " is still stuck in the stage of general terms and partial view. This paper aim at conducting a preliminary study about the text selection criteria, subject type, image characteristics, and causes and effects of the " GuoSeTianXiang ", using methods like combining historical analysis with social cultural criticism, integrating individual case study with phenomenon analysis, together with comparative and statistical methods and so on. Limited by space constraints, in order to avoid the fluid in the vague, this paper will emphases on the relationship between " GuoSeTianXiang " and the Culture of Taoism and the imperial culture, and also try to achieve a comprehensive effects that complement point with area, the overall reflection with partial analysis. Obviously, research on "GuoSeTianXiang" is vital to the full development process of cognition, the religion of late Ming, imperial culture and so on. Besides, this paper attempt to discuss the achievements, influence and limitations of "GuoSeTianXiang" from the perspective of origin and evolution of text, classical types and characteristics of medium-length image of fictions, and the relations between " GuoSeTianXiang " and the Culture of Taoism and the imperial culture.
