Dong Jun,a Wenzhou writer,is a very important writer in the contemporary Chinese literary world, especially among the post-70 writers. His achievements are very prominent.By interpreting his works,we find that there are many similarities between certain qualities of Dongjun’s novels and Taoist ideas in ancient China. This is mainly reflected in the following aspects:First, the cycle of return to the idea. This idea is implicit in the content of Dong Jun’s novels. The characters in the novels are from the beginning of urban life to the memory of rural life. The process of their understanding is round, and their pursuit of simple nature reveals Cycle back to this theme.Second, the pursuit of Taoism "caused to be false and quiet".Dong Jun re-emphasizes "silence" in his novels, which is consistent with the Taoist concept of"causing emptiness and keeping quiet and keeping quiet".Third,Dongjun’s social ideal and utopian complex.Dongjun is keen to construct a Utopia in his novels, similar to Laozi’s "small country, small people." However, while acknowledging the beauty of Utopia,Dong Jun also criticized its unrealizability.fourth,Taoist Aesthetics and Dong Jun’s Novel Art.Taoist aesthetic thoughts are also integrated into Dong Jun’s novels, which are mainly reflected in the structure, language, narrative and other aspects of the works.Taoist culture goes deep into the soul of Dongjun’s novels, but so far, there is no special paper to explain the Taoist culture of Dong Jun’s novels. Therefore, based on the previous studies, this paper prepares to stand in the Taoist culture and look at the common place of Dongjun novels, thus giving us a new position to read Dongjun novels.
