A Study Of The Marxist Literary Criticism

This paper aims to study the aesthetic discourse of Marxism literary criticism. In this paper, we will question and rethink that the Modern Aesthetic Literature is equivalent to the knowledge of Marx. Based on Mark's original text, we will clarify the material of his discussion about aesthetic discourse, compare it with the Modern Aesthetic Literature, then make a conclusion on the aesthetic formation mechanism and evaluation mechanism.In the first chapter, we will study the Modern Aesthetic Literature. At first, we need to research the key word'Aesthetic', understand the specific meaning of this Aesthetic Literature. Then we back to the historical context, study the background of this Modern Aesthetic Literature. Finally, we focus on Mark himself, discuss about his knowledge, background all about this which make the formation the context of his discourse.In the second chapter, we will clarify the material of Marx's discourse on art and literature. We divide this to three kinds of discourse. Then study the characteristics of these discourses. With specific materials, we could analyze how does Marx discuss aesthetic issues from three perspectives which shows to be'artistic quality','criticism of alienated labor'and'art evaluation mechanisms'.In the three chapter, we will discuss the problematic of Marx. Then analyze the special way to discuss the problem about'aesthetic'. That is to say, we need to know about the aesthetic formation mechanism and evaluation mechanism. As for the research of Marxist Literary Criticism, we has studied it as deeply as we can. We can only use the material to a limited extent. In this research, we have just provided a new way of thinking. There are still some problems which have not been done yet. In the later study, we will do the further research.
