| As the blueprint for the social harmony—the conception that"The world for the public is a world of peace"has been constantly described and changed in the history of human society. Also practices of it have been carried out in various forms. The conceptions for harmonious society from Plato and Confucius which have their own characteristic and focuses are of great influence on the survival and development of human beings. At present, China stands at an important stage of the harmonious society construction; therefore, the thesis aims to make the analysis of the harmonious society theory of Plato and Confucius to find out the advantages through comparison and to make certain inspiring effects on the harmonious society construction in China. |
