"Xin Jiao Hu Zhu Song Ben Guang Yun"written by Mr.Yu Nai-yong is used in this article to sift synonymous and polyphonic characters of Ru Sheng rhymes in Guang Yun,and then to selectively analyse the situations that synonymous and polyphonic characters of Ru Sheng rhymes allocated to the tones of Ping Shang and Qu in Yin Sheng rhymes and to the Yin Sheng rhymes.In addition,number of statistics for the previous two cases were made separately. Striving to ascertain cases for the disappearance of the Ru Sheng tone, Ru Sheng rhymes and the ways of ancient Ru Sheng vanished, as well as the similarities and differences against"Zhong Yuan Yin Yun". There are about 328 synonymous and polyphonic characters in Ru Sheng rhymes of Guang Yun ( repeat 10 words ),which sent 46 words into the tone of Ping, sent 41 words into the tone of Shang and sent 206 words into the tone of Qu,which belonged toYin Sheng rhymes,so it is a main trend that they sent into the tone of Qu. Some of them have one or another synonymous and polyphonic words,so the sum of the tones of Ping Shang and Qu that have been sent into Yin Sheng rhymes is greater than total words.There are 273 words ( repeat 7 words ) sent into Yin Sheng rhymes, which accounted about 83 percent of synonymous and polyphonic characters. There are 57 words ( repeat 3 words ) sent into Yang Sheng rhymes, which accounted about 17 percent of synonymous and polyphonic characters.The total of the words that sent into Yin Sheng rhymes and Yang Sheng rhymes has two more words than total 328,because the two words have two Fan Qie respectively and each of them sent into Yin Sheng rhymes and Yang Sheng rhymes simultaneously.There are three parts in this article except for introduction and epilogue. The first part preliminarily estimates synonymous and polyphonic characters of Ru Sheng rhymes in Guang Yun,and use table to describe the case that be sent into tones of Ping Shang and Qu in Yin Sheng rhymes ,so we can known that the tone of Ru Sheng began to disappear in the period of Zhong Gu or even earlier and that mainly be sent into the tone of Qu. The second part uses tables to shows how synonymous and polyphonic characters of Ru Sheng rhymes be sent into Yin Sheng rhymes in Guang Yun,and then to explain that Ru Sheng rhymes began to disappear in the period of Zhong Gu or even before and that the order of disappearance is different by rhyme in the inside of Ru Sheng rhymes. The third part compares the case of Ru Sheng rhymes been sent with tones and rhymes of"Zhong Yuan Yin Yun"and analyses the similarities and differences between the ways of Ru Sheng disappearing in Guang Yun and in"Zhong Yuan Yin Yun"in order to show that the disappearance between Ru Sheng rhymes and Ru Sheng tone follow the same rules.The angle and dimensions of the study for synonymous and polyphonic characters of Ru Sheng rhymes in Guang Yun are very large.The article analyses the case of disappearance of Ru Sheng through synonymous and polyphonic characters of Ru Sheng rhymes.There are some issues that still can be further studied.
