Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak is the most influential and the most controversial one of postcolonial theorist since Said was dead, she and Edward Said, Homi Bhabha were acclaimed as"the Holy Trinity"of Postcolonialism by Robert Young. She not only inherited and developed the post-colonial theory of Said, but also soaks and lessons from Marxism, Deconstructionism and Freud's psychologist, and many other theory;Futher more,she put these theories of postcolonial in her feminist theoretical investigation. In this paper, I start my studies from the most influential and controversial paper of hers to analyse the hot issues on Spivak's postcolonial feminist theory such as subaltern studies, problems of global feminism, problems such as postcolonial literature criticism, so to find her bulidings and influences on postcolonial feminist theory. At the same time, I analysis her critical methods such as Marxism, Deconstructionism and Freud's psychologist. At the end, I clean up the disputes about her subject identity, language style and unique way of thinking.
