Korsh was a famous Marxists in Germany,he was one of the mainly western representative Marxists for his particular system of the theory. .In this paper, with the evaluation of Limitations, it points out the theoretical and practical significance on the basis of study in Theoretical premise ,.process of the developing and the basic content of Korsh's Marxism. Korsh strived to restore the Marxist philosophical function through criticizing the bourgeoisie theorists, the Second International Vulgar Marxism& Third International Leninism ideology as well as the"against the philosophy"views of Marx and Engels.
