Xinjiang Tuzhi was the only chronicle of Xinjiang province of Qingdynasty published by local government in 1911. The first four files of the book ,which called JianZhiZhi,was compiled illustrated one of the important aspects how the local administration was extablished in the region.This paper studies on the different versions of this part of the chronicle,by analiyzing and comparing,and points out that it was edited by Wang-Shunan,Song-Belu and Xu-Renjian. JianZhiZhi can be classed into two versions systems,including province chronicle system and independent system.This paper focuses on the province chronicle system and analies its characteristics and historical materials, in order to declare the values of JianZhiZhi.
