Nobles was an important ruling class in Wei-jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties, it's had a significant impact on historical development of Wei-Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties. At present, the academician studies more on the South Nobles than the North Nobles. Meanwhile, the Nobles can be divided into high-class and second-class Nobles, all of which shares of political power. But scholars now focus mainly in the high gate Nobles, Nobles of the second-class research is still inadequate, particular the North second-class Nobles. From the Southern Liu-song, Xiao-Qi, Xiao-Liang's founding to the late Northern Dynasties when war is very frequently, they are very active in the activities of Southern and Northern Dynasties. Especially the second-class Nobles in the north, who led the hometown people, to defend the emperor, for the latter part of the history of the Northern Dynasties had a more important impact. This paper is prepared to study the historical background of the late Northern Dynasties of the North second-class Nobles, have a more comprehensive analysis and systemic discussion with a view to the late Northern Dynasties second-class Nobles, in order to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding.For the late Northern Dynasties second-class Nobles research, mainly from four aspects to elaborate. Firstly, from the historical record, based on the characteristics they possess, as well as the causes of these features to sketch out their character. Secondly, in the discussion their basic characteristics, further analysis of their entering political stratum specific manner and the reasons for the formation of these approaches to understand after they enter the political arena. Furthermore, they enter the arena, will work with all sectors of the ruling class at that time produced more closely relationship, we see further discussion of the relationship among the various sectors, in-depth understanding of their activities after they entered politics and the status. Finally, study the Nobles and their son and heir, to describe the development of second-class, and thus form a comprehensive and depth understanding.
