There appeared a multicolored scene in traditional culture late Ming Dynasty : self-consciousness of humanistic spirit, the negation of Confucianism orthodox, the avocation of individuality liberty ,the rebellion of asceticism, the multi-values, and the waver by the stage literary man and citizen emotional word to aesthetic interest, all above converge into a surging trend of thought in literature and art, in many of schools of art, the embodiment of calligraphy more novelty, richly colorful, the calligraphers in late Ming Dynasty have let out their personal feelings heartily in the pen and ink, give them individualities'full scope, have great romantic color, at the same time, also push"Tie"school to a new high.The thesis intends to, by analyzing the development of calligraphy in late Ming Dynasty, profound inquiry into the aesthetic concept of scholar in late Ming dynasty, to analyze historically the many ingredients of the cause of the cultural phenomena, hope to reveal the thought origin and historical significance of influence the change to calligraphy of late Ming.The first part: extract and refine the characteristics of late Ming cultural environment, and draw the conclusion that the characteristics is multivariate and suddenly changeable. The second part: the core of the thesis, come up with calligraphy has three stages, the development tendency of two threads and point out that the trend of thoughts in art and literature is both classical and romantic, parallel develop. The third part: from the angle of calligraphy form research the significance of romantic writing style in Late Ming Dynasty in calligraphy history, point out the enlightenment of romantic writing style .
