This thesis try to discuss the inheritance and developing of business morals through the commercial acts and business loyal in Ming Dynasty, which were described in an Yan Er Pai? and the - change of merchant standing. The first part indicates the necessity of researching the commercial acts and business morals in Ming Dynasty by introducing the research situation. The second part extends that the business morals is just the Chinese traditional ways of life from the examples of merchants in Ming Dynasty who show their business morals in an Yan Er Pai? The third part discusses that because merchants in Ming Dynasty pay their attention to the business morals that is demonstrated in an Yan Er Pai? the merchant standing was promoted, the commercial situation was developed and the social environment was changed. The fourth part expounds the negative influence on account of taking business morals too seriously, which made the development of commodity economy restricted by feudalism and branded evident feudalism brand. The last part discusses the origin, contribution, influence and limit of the commercial acts and business morals in Ming Dynasty. And it gives a modem transfer to it .It concludes that business morals must be enlarged.
