This thesis try to discuss the inheritance and developing of business morals through the commercial acts and business loyal in Ming Dynasty, which were described in an Yan Er Pai? and the - change of merchant standing. The first part indicates the necessity of researching the commercial acts and business morals in Ming Dynasty by introducing the research situation. And it gives a modem transfer to it .It concludes that business morals must be enlarged.
