It results from the annexation between high-tech of the modern people. While network culture characterized by modernity, the modernity of human beings is its basis. Human modernity means the character that everyone in the society will conform with the development of social modernization. This feature has both the merits and shortcoming of modernity . Network culture promotes and concurrently limit the modernity of human beings. How to remain a good interaction between these two is a pending problem of the society. Focusing on the relation between network culture and the modernity of human beings, this thesis makes an analysis through different angles so as to strive for a feasible project to keep a good interaction between them.
