The Research In The Word Meaning Of Usual Chinese Character Of Contemporary Chinese Language

In the many territory of research in contemporary Chinese character, the word meaning has been usually inobservant. In this thesis, the theories and gnosis of contemporary Chinese character, lexicology, semantics, grammar, phonetics, and grammatology are compositively used. After using 3500 usual Chinese character to research, we found that the word meaning is the specific marks of Chinese character. The deeper research in the word meaning of contemporary Chinese character will have more effect in many territory such as school teaching of Chinese character, demitting book and anthologize, and language literal information processing. So, the research in the word meaning of contemporary Chinese character should be attached important to, and have its independent position. In this thesis, it affirms the research value of the word meaning of contemporary Chinese character at first, then show the four contents: feature, the category division inside, the connection to the outside, and the prospect of its usage, and approach the above four contents in the way of comparison and data base analysis.
