The Relationship Between The Classroom Climate And The Personality Of Students

Classroom climate which is regarded as direct environment for the students' lives has an important role on the Personality of Students. This study compiled the questionnaire of classroom climate and explored the relationship between classroom climate of secondary schools and the personality of students, which based on this questionnaire .The research result is that there is significant correlation between the classroom climate and the level of the personality of students. The better classroom climate is, The better personality of students is. there is a great difference between the general level of the personality of students in a healthy classroom climate and an unhealthy classroom climate .finally, Author suggest the teachers try their best to improve classroom climate based on all factors of structure of classroom climate ,and create better environment for the formation of personality of students.
