| The research to Ci in Qing Dynasty is just at beginning, so many basic phenomena are not clear enough. For example, Cheng Weisong, one of the excellent poets at Ci in Qing Dynasty, was still roughly described as Haofang(romantic) poet.This article adopts the theory of Mikhail M. Bakhtirf s Cultural poetics and Chinese traditional literature critics, which emphasize investigating writer's background before explaining his poems, to search the culture reason why Chen Weisong's Ci presents such an peculiar style and text structure. Aim at providing some basic material for research to Ci in Qing Dynasty.Through explicit probe into history materials, this article pays more attention at the education background of Chen Weisong, which endowed the poet more knowledge and inspiration in historical events. With this knowledge and inspiration , the poet highly regard Ci's status in Chinese traditional literature. This conclusion can also explain his literature opinion that Ci can be Classics and Historic documents and his performance to present significant events in poems. The analysis to Chen Weisong's economic status gives precise substantial explanation to his transition of literature style. Text analysis gives another angle of view to criticize the extradinary characteristics of Chen Weisong and his Ci.As to whole style of Chen Weisong's Ci, we consider it as double-quality one. You can find much more romantic poems in his anthology, you can find same amount of tender poems as well. Some times, you can even read a poem combining these two aspects. According to this discovery, this article also does some investigation about the nature of Ci, and points out that duplicity is an essential quality of Ci.Reconstructing the culture ecological environment to analyze literature phenomenon needs much more sophisticated competence and skills, so there are still lots of work to be done for this target.
