Xu Jiefeng,an important poet of Yangxian School of Ci poetry in the early Qing Dynasty,wrote Yin lv Xuan Ci.246 Ci,written by Xu Jiefeng,are included in Quan Qing Ci.Over the years,the academic research about individual poets of this school, only concentrating on Chen Weisong,and other poets like Xu Jiefeng were not paid special attention to.This thesis,taking the culture of Yangxian as a background, relating with Ci activities of Yangxian School attempts to make a crosswise discussion about Xu Jiefeng.The first chapter introduces a biography of Xu Jiefeng and his Ci collection.His experience can be divided into three stages:Undergoing Ming Dynasty,becoming an official of Qing Dynasty,returning to hometown.Xu Jiefeng was born in the end of the Ming dynasty,experienced a great change from one dynasty to another.This great change brings a profound influence on him.When introducing his Ci collection,this thesis introduces the version,as well as appraisals carded by people of the simultaneous generation.This chapter is written for further research.The second chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of Yangxian culture which Xu Jiefeng's Ci presents from three aspects:the theme,the thoughts and feelings,the writing style.In the theme,he described the local scenery in Yangxian.In the thoughts and feelings,the scenery in Yangxian bred his prominent feelings of seclusion.In the writing style,humanities of Yangxian have gradually bred his rigid and open-minded character.And so,his writing style shows the characteristics of clarity.The third chapter focuses on the research with the reality of Ci activities sending from Yangxian School.First of all,there is a summary about the relationship among Xu Jiefeng and other poets of Yangxian School in ideas,creativity,style.The second section focuses on the contact between Xu Jiefeng and Chen Weisong,which influenced on Xu Jiefeng's works.The third section compares his works with other poets of Yangxian School,mainly including Shi Weiyuan and Jiang Jingqi.The fourth chapter mainly makes a brief summary of the significance and the value of Xu Jiefeng's works.He helped to clear away the flowery writing style at the beginning of Qing Dynasty,and further expanded the bold and generous style created by Sushi and Xin Qiji.And Xu's works differed in Su and Xin's,which was a style of his own.
