World outlook is the basic opinion and viewpoint which people treat the world as. From general sense,each of person has world outlook. But there is difference between spontaneous and simple world Outlook,theorized and systematized world outlook. That is to say,the forming process of subject world outlook can be divided into two different courses. It is thus clear that non-rational problems are the important ones that can't be avoided eventually.In the building of subject world outlook rational factor maintains the logical thinking course,dominates the ideological content,nature and developing trend of world outlook. Non-rational factor provides the psychological motive force for the building process of world outlook,plays some influential role on the change of world outlook,moreover it can change the thinking tendency of world outlook in some certain condition. In fact what kind of world outlook that people should set up doesn't completely depend on the rational factor,which main content is the background knowledge mastered by subject,but it decided by the psychological division of subject to a great extent.
