The Influence Of Psychological Stress On T-lymphocyte Subsets And IgG,IgA,IgM In Teenager Shoot Athletes Of Different Personality Characteristic

Since Ader and Cohen have inaugurated Psychoneuroimmunology, studies in this field have expanded, now it has been the hot-spot in the field of nerve-psycology and medicine immunology. 29 teenager shoot ethletes as objects, the investigator measures their personality characteristic according to Eysenck personality questionnaire and observes the change of immune function between pretest and posttest on psychological stress , so as to discover the influence of psychological stress on immune function of different personality characteristic of teenager shooters. Using turbidimetric immunoassay method and biotin-stretavidin-peroxidase (S.P) method respectively, the investigator measured the immunity globulin containing of G, A ,M and T-lymphocyte subsets.Result shows: the shooter's personality characteristic put up more extroverted , flexible and simplex .The content of IgG,IgA,IgM veries remarkablely between the pretest and the posttest for psychological stress. The thick degree of IgA, IgM declines, while the thick degree of IgG rises. Psychological stress brings on the variety between the pretest and posttest , TCD4+, CD8+, TCD4+/CD8+ ratio very significantly. Psychological stress arouses to empress TCD4+ decline, TCD8+ rise, TCD4+/ CD8+ ratio reduce. Thick degree of posttest of IgG changes because of the influence of personality characteristic EPQL and the valid regression equation could be established. Thick degree of posttest of IgG changes because of the influence of personality characteristic EPQE and the regression equation established is invalid.. However, thick degree of the pretest of IgG does not change significantly . Posttest that personality characteristic EPQN influence TCD4+ empress posttest is worth and the regression equation established is invalid ,but not affect TCD4+ of pretest is worth. Immunity globulin A, M and TCD8+, TCD4+/TCD8+ correlate lowly to personality characteristic.Conclusion: (1) Psychological stress could arouse the variety of immunity globulin contents, and could also bring on the variety of CD4+,CD8+ ,CD4+/CD8+, Psychological stress lead to immunity reaction. (2) In the state of calmness, personality characteristic has no certain relation to immunity; after being on Psychological stress, personality characteristic EPQL and EPQE has relation to the thick degree of IgG and personality characteristic EPQN has relation to TCD4+. (3) This research confirmed the acute short-time psychological stress could restrain the immunity function of humour and cell of teenager shoot athletes, and hinted that nervous system possibly adjusts immunomodulation. This study enriched theories of Psychoneuroimmunology. As this study is originated in Physical Education field, the result will boost the application of Psychoneuroimmunology on Physical Education.
