The Chinese Confucian thought with the long history and substantial content is the main part of Chinese traditional culture and the origin of the spirit of Chinese nation, it had played a very important role in the development of the Chinese nation. Today, with the changes of the times and the experience of the opening up to the outside world, the Chinese Confucian thought is still the historical basis of the development of our nation. The modern value of the Chinese Confucian thought should be studied and appraised rationally. Its obsolete thought system should be discarded and its rational factors should be retained, thus, the Chinese Confucian thought can be make full use and regain its new life.
