The Study Of Laws In Bamboo Slips Excavated From Ancient Tombs Of The Qin Dynasty In Shuihudi

The bamboo slips was discovered in the ancient tomb of the Qin Dynasty in Shuihudi(SHUI) .which was unearthed in December, 1975.lt is an important find for both archaeology and philology. It also provides valuable material for studying law and Chinese characteristic history. There are 410 law terms which corporate 344 words and 66 phrases.The compound words are too many and complicated structurally in law term of the Shui slips. Their spring lying in many aspects:(l)they are related to the accuracy required by law term to a great degree;(2)possibly concerned with man's psychological mental perception through sensory organs;(3)affected by ages.The appearance rate of the disyllabic words in law term, which suggests the rear rate of it in the pre-Qin days and the Two Han's is 25% higher than people think nowadays. I have proposed "coincide with three requirements", generalized the experience what is summed up by our ancestors and focused on analyzing the disyllabic of Chinese characters. According to the traits of syllable in law, I have analyzed why the appearance rate of it is so frequent in the Shui slips. It is dominated by the type of writing. The type of writing not only influences syllabic structure of common words but also structural forms of compound words. The way of naming in law term is really distinctive. The naming rule is characterized and intensified, the naming way is analyzed on basis of human being and object. There are four kinds of naming structure:(l) distinctive morpheme and sub-morpheme;(2) distinctive morpheme and distinctive morpheme;(3)sub-morpheme and distinctive morpheme;(4)sub-morpheme and sub-morpheme.The semantic components in law term are in special direction and the forms of its development are very diverse.This thesis discusses the great values of law term for the history of Chinese grammar which based on the spring of forcing resultative complement and special syntax form.The remains of slave-owning system spread widely in the Qin's law. Slave's name and status shows clearly that it is an important part to the imperial system society. Law with Confucianism characterize apparently in Qin's law. People generally claim that Qin's law concentrates on punishment, denying Confucianism, escaping without permission, deserting wife without reason, punishing children and servants exercised by the heads of feudal households, which are good examples to state that Qin's law overlook moral principles, but not to abandon it. It is impossible to exclude and reject whole Confucianism, only under the law in order to uphold feudal autocracy. The rule of law, dominated in the Qin's time was the product influenced by the age, environment, traditions and individuals.Common word is a national cultural mirror, which reflects social changes in fastest way directly. Law term shows the Han nationalities' traditional concept of values. It analyses from seven angles of tape, sexism, religion, the aesthetic standards, relatives, hierarchy, antagonistic and unified. It distinctively reflects the Han nationality which is good at imaging. The passage states word-making in familiar way and word-use of punishment.Generalizing the literature handed down from ancient times and that others unearthed, I have analysed the meaning, history development, pointed out that the meaning is wrong of the slips' passage. I focus on analysing the authentic proof, the entry, the meaning from Chinese character dictionary and Chinese dictionary ,and pointing out the great values in the history of Chinese character vocabulary in law term of the Shui slips, providing the most truest simultaneous material on basis of compiling dictionary with hope.
