With the end of the cold war, the old system of the world was finished and the new one has not been become yet. Now the world is in the easily changeable period. In order to play an important role in the new system of the world, all the strong countries want to stimulate the power of themselves, boarden the score of influence. For the important strategy of geography, The Peninsula of Korea lying in the northeast has become the hot target of the most countries.In the new century , The Reform Liberation has become the only choice of The North Korea. This thesis is mainly about the possibility of Reform Liberation of North Korea.Firstly, The change of North Korea and the reason of it were written through introducing North Korea.Secondly, The possibility of Reform Liberation of North Korea was analyzed. The advantage and disadvantage of the Reform Liberation were cited through analyzing the civil and international environment. The nuclear problem of North Korea and the Reform Liberation of China are also mentioned.Thirdly, The countermeasure of the Reform Liberation of North Korea which should be done by North Korea and world was discussed.
