On The Ethical Introspection Of The Social Weakener's Problem

Now we are faced a prominent social problem, that is the social weakener's problem. Enlightened by the Care Ethics,the thesis leads an ethical introspection of the social weakener's problem.Ethically we study how to care this particular group to apply some suggestion to our socialism moral construction.In the first chapter,the thesis starts with the analysis about making out the concept of the social weakener, pointing out a so special social group in the realiry,for example the poor peasant,the peasant worker,the nonjob worker,the handicapped person and so on.They have the same characristics:poor,low,and frailly etc.Many subjects such as sociology,economics and law have already done extensive researches. It can develop the applied ethics and the realistic significance as it can safeguard the social steady ,we are badly in need of doing deep ethic analasy and reseach to the problem.In the second chapter,the thesis points out the main theoritical basis for the ethical introspection of the social weakener's problem.lt carries out through 3 concret aspects.First,inspired with the Care Ethics,we considerate this problem.Based on the feminism study,an ethical theory of caring each other ,Care Ethics stresses sympathy,relation,feeling and responsibility among people; Secondly,as the sociaty needs moral regulation to keep it steady and we have moral right,we need to care the social weakener.At the same time,for the lofty moral feelings,the party's leading position and the advantage of our socialism system,we have the possibility to care the social weakener.Thirdly,the thesis points out three principles of caring the social weakener ,which are the principles of sympathizing with others,the principle of humanism and the principle of just.lt provides thearitical surpport to the moral practice of caring the weakener.lt also creates conditions for cultivating moral emotion and increasing moral quality.In the third chapter,the thesis explains how to care the social weakener and points out the moral caring practice. In the beginning to carry out moral practice macrocosmically.The first is the development of social productive forces.Flourishing material is the fundamental condition to solve the social weakener's problem;The second is the social outer moral machine-made,forming anatmosphere of sympasizing others and humanism;The third is the social just order.In an impartial sociaty,the social weakener's basic rights can be protected;The forth is the social safeguard system.With it,we can ensure the social weakener's base of living.Then ,to carry out moral practice,mincrocosmically.The first is as to the poor peasant.We must remove the poverty from them,develop their whole quality and improve the rural safeguard system;The second is as to the peasant worker.The peasant worker system must be improved,then their proper right can be protected;The third is as to the nonjob worker. Improve the lowest safeguard system, strenthen the training and widen the employment.The forth is as to the handicapped person. We ough to respect,help them,and create conditions for them to realize their values.
