Moral consensus has two signs: 1) the signs of consequence, namely, form a views and comprehend which is shared by all people, which means the elimination of moral divergence and conflict; 2) the sign of procedure, namely, forming moral consensus via such proceduce as mutual debation-mutual haggle-mutual umpromise, which indincate whatkind of method to be adopted to solve moral divergence and conflict.We' 11 prove the likelihood of moral consensus in the second part of this essay. This proving will be carried out from three aspects: l)The need of coexisting and intergrowth, which is led to by relevance o development and forming "the circle of common interest" in reality, by longing for harmonious moral life in morality. This kind of need provid the power for forming moral consensus. 2) Stipulation of moral subject. This stipulation is divided into two aspects, one is moral subject in relationship and dialogue. It' s only such stipulation that can we frame a bridge through which moral subjects get mutual understand. Another is the moral subject which can understand one another.
