Moral effect on coordinating social relations between people rely on individual inner belief, moral conscience and external public opinion or evaluation, however, social transformation has changed the way of moral adjustment function, the differentiation o f modern society and “public-private separation” in the field of moral lead to moral evaluation of the external environment from the centralized, familiar into discrete and unfamiliarity. The moral judgment of independent subjects have accordingly become the individual preferences and determination, thus showing a characteristic of moral individualism and relativism. “Moral consensus” in respect of social solidarity and spirit of our national confirmatory, it has important practical significance. Habermas' s theory of “moral consensus” put the individual differentiation of modern society as the starting point, through interaction and discourse between rational subjects to realize the rational same in multiple sound, it is undoubtedly of greater reference significance to build China's “moral consensus”. This thesis attempts to collate and reflect the basic content and inherent logic of Habermas' s “moral consensus” theory, in order to contribute to the construction of “moral consensus” in our country.Habermas' s theory of “moral consensus” always around a central issue to expand, which is facing the challenges of diversification and globalization in the nation-state, in the crisis of moral relativism and individualism, how interactive subjects achieve “moral consensus” through discourse and dialogue, more specifically, the issue involves two sub-problems, First, under the differentiated background of traditions, customs and other cultural of rational subjects, why discourse and dialogue is possible? Second, how to conduct discourse and dialogue? This thesis also put this as a clue to dig the ideological connotation of Habermas, “Moral consensus” put “decentralized” rational communicative subjects as a starting point, and through a set of justice procedure of discourse and dialogue to obtain. Consensus is inter-subjectivity, the construction of “moral consensus” of our country look at same with independent determination of the main body and the relationship between equal subjects, it inevitably inclusive difference value demand, inevitably “immanent transcendence” in language interaction between the inter-subjects, inevitably rely on the reliable generation mechanism to ensure its implementation.Habermas' s theory of “moral consensus” is a discussion about the metaphysical level based on the modernity problems, idealized and standardization construction way makes it hard to put into practice in the real moral practice, but it indicates to us the discourse co mmunication path to resolve the ethical conflict, clean up the moral fragments and form a reasonable consensus. In the reality of our moral practice, attaches great importance to the potential of discourse communication among subjects, and make discourse communication as far as possible can yet be regarded as a recipe to reach “moral consensus”, establish and improve the public discourse space of free, fair and open, protect the growing soil of the “moral consensus”; Enhanced mobility discourse between equa l subjects, improve the moral rationality of communicative subjects; Improve the supervision mechanism, make “moral consensus” into the institutionalized orbit; Pay attention to the inherent tension between moral rules and basic virtue, to construct “moral consensus” positively and cohere “moral consensus” indirectly together.
