On the basis of summing up the paper, the fourth part concludes the. characteristics, effects and deficiencies of Kung's financial policies. The paper points out when H.H.Kung worked out those measures he used the advanced experiences of other countries for reference, meanwhile those measures had emergent characteristics and reflected many advanced thought on conducting financial transactions.
