| Today's world has entered into an era of globalization. This paper expatiates the Marxist culture innovation theory and its global view, and analyzes its important instructive value to up-to-date China's advanced culture construction. Up-to-date China's advanced culture bears double attribution: globality and localization, and it is in the course of unceasingly communicating and interacting with other nation's culture. Based on the instruction of Marxist Theory and the reality of nation culture's global communication, this paper indicates that the construction of China's advanced culture should bear a global view during the era of globalization. Based on the analysis, comparison and reference on the world's culture, we should base ourselves upon China's practice, and integrate excellent culture fruits of all the human being. Innovation is the soul of advanced culture. Based on the integration of culture , we should adhere to the instruction of Marxist Theory, and realize the innovation of culture, especially of technology culture, politics culture and management culture. In addition, we should insistently strengthen the construction of innovation engineering of China's advanced culture, and provide a strong foundation for the innovation and development of advanced culture.
