Justice , as one of mainstream values, has been the stress of psychological research. The studies about the theoretical construction and relative researches about it were reviewed, then this thesis researched the values of justice among adolescence from the view of psychology. There were two parts in this research.In first part, a questionnaire was used with 468 students from high school and university as subjects. The results indicated: (1) adolescent justice value included seven factor , namely intimity, equity, learning, life attitude, managing method, personality, moral character. (2) There was no gender difference in the factors of justice value. (3) "Learning" and "life attitude" varied significantly from junior high school to university. (4)The freshmen thought more of "equity", "life attitude" and "managing method" than the junior. The students of arts thought more of "intimity" and "learning" than the students of science. Of "personality", the freshmen of arts thought more than the freshmen of arts and the junior of arts thought less than the junior of science.In second part, the results in imitation experimentation as follows: (1) There were few undergratuate who has "severe unjust behaviors", but many who had "mild unjust behaviors" . (2) In all situationes, there were no significant difference in gender. (3) In situation" relating to self, "whether bring the information out into the open or not" significantly influenced just behavior. (4) There was a significant correlation between just behavior under situation "relating to self and under situation "not relating to self .(5) The emotion feelings of subjects varied across the behavior in the situation "relating to self when tested in "open information" condition.
