The Comparative Research Of Marx And Rawls On The Viewpoint Of Justice

The ancient Greek culture appears most early in the term "justice", Platon’s "Utopia" which describes the justice, but there is no concept of justice system. Aristotle discussed the problem of justice, for justice is discussed. And Rawls’ s "theory of justice" revived enthusiasm of academic research on justice.After the founding of the justice of China, has always been to the Marx doctrine as the dominant ideas, impact on the academic theory of justice of Marx’s view of justice and Rawls’ s theory of justice. This paper discusses the concept of justice in Marx and Rawls’ s theory of justice, and justice theory to analysis and compare the two. Marx’s concept of justice to human perceptual activities as its core is the principle of justice, freedom and equality. On the basis of equality and freedom is not freedom, equality freedom is empty freedom, freedom of form. Rawls’ s view of justice includes the free and equal citizens concept, principles of justice as fairness, cooperation system of social order and good social concept and difference. Although the difference of the two justice, but also accommodated, the two can talk, complementary advantages.The development of the modern society is a global problem, is also a world of justice.
