On Type Of Thinking Reflected In Wang Anshi's Prose

Every nation in the world has its specific thinking made. Tendency of the difference of culture is influenced by different thinking mode. It is the same to different persons of the same nation. This paper mainly researches on Wang Anshi's prose. It tries to probe Wang's three types of thinking-thinking in politics, thinking in images and thinking in innovation-and their influence on Wang's prose by analyzing the content and the form of his prose.The paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter analyzes the thinking in politics reflected in Wang Anshi's prose. Chinese traditional thinking in politics has two features: One is the combination of morality and politics; the other is the connotation that man controls the world. In Wang Anshi's prose, he focuses on the political purpose of personal virtue and social moral standard which form the basis of his thinking in politics. The analysis of Wang's prose shows how Wang Anshi is influenced by Chinese traditional thinking in politics.The second chapter discusses the thinking in images reflected in Wang's prose. He presents many vivid and lifelike images by detailed description. He also reveals general feature by means of the description of specific thing or person. Besides, the relationship between relatives and friends is also reflected in Wang Anshi's prose. It is obvious that thinking in images influences Wang Anshi's prose.The third chapter analyzes the thinking in innovation reflected in Wang Anshi's prose. In Wang Anshi's prose, he doubts traditional consciousness and thinking, puts forward new opinion and has his particular writing style. In a word, thinking in innovation plays an important role in Wang Anshi's writing.In conclusion, this paper discusses Wang Anshi's art features from thinking angle. It taps Wang Anshi's thinking in politics, thinking in images and thinking in innovation by analyzing his prose.
