Survey And Analysis About The Use Of Application College Students' Forms Of Address

A form of address is the prelude to personal association and its proper use is the prerequisite to achieve the aim of personal contact. College study is an important stage in one's life because students' physical and mental development is in a special period. With increasing chances and expanded ranges of contact, they're eager to communicate with others. However, they don't have the corresponding ability of social contact and they're lack of elementary knowledge of social association, especially lack of the capability of exactly proper use of forms of address. The common problems are: students are generally lack of the knowledge of its social uses; they don't know what to call when meeting strangers; they have various forms of calling when associating classmates.This essay is based on the form of address about the communication of university students by the means of sampling survey, the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the combination of enquired paper and interview, the combination of language analysis and society analysis. It provides the statistics and analysis of features of the form of address among university students and reveals language laws of efficient communication. It also points out the problems of students' sing forms of address with the point of view of social education. In addition, it offers good ideas of standards and guidelines and directs students to change the role from the campus to society in order to make them perfectly develop.
