The Research On The Personality Structure For The Policeman Of Reeducation Through Labour

The people's policeman of reeducation through labour, which is a speciality of the people's police serials, is shorted for policeman of reeducation through labour. They carry the work of reeducating the citizens who transgress laws not so seriously. The essence of reeducation through labour is its characteristics of compulsion, education and administration and the rules of executing the principles of education, reform and saving. The essence and the rules decide the special professional characteristics and disciplines of reeducation through labour, which also require policeman of reeducation through labour having good personality structure. Excellent personality structure make policeman of reeducation through labour do the job well and ensure the whole troops' battle effectiveness. In order to comprehend their real personality structure and probe the ideal personality structure, we investigated 300 policemen of reeducation through labour and 400 members of reeducation through labour of Guangdong using questionnaire and factor analysis. We find out that: 1. The self-evaluation of policemen of reeducation through labour is universally higher than the evaluation of members of reeducation through labour. 2. The range to the ideal personality characteristics of policemen of reeducation through labour is quite different from that of members of reeducation through labour. 3. The attitude to the structure of real personality characteristics of policemen of reeducation through labour is quite different from that of members of reeducation through labour. 4. The attitude to the structure of real personality characteristics of policemen of reeducation through labour is also some different from that of members of reeducation through labour.5.The evaluation of members of reeducation through labour to real personality characteristics of policemen of reeducation through labour is also some different from that of real personality characteristics of policemen of reeducation through labour.
