Wang Fu was a famous materialistic atheist in the Easten Han Dynasty (25-220),who set up the unique naturalism and universalism of "natural peuma monogenesis". In the meantime, at the angle of ontology and the theory of universal formation, Wang Fu theoretially explained the necessity and rationality which would bring the subjective initiative of human beings into full play. As an atheistical thinker, at the angle of socical political life, he also hardly criticized the theological teleology and divination that combined with superstition prevailed over the kingdow such as "natural and man are inter-linked" and "all the creations are an integral whole", So as to analyse the social origin of theological superstition. In addition, he analysed and criticized a variety of superstitious actions section by section and chapter by chapter, which were very prevalent then. Estimably, in Chinese philosophic and etheistic history, he who was the first man fully analysed and cataloged what on the earth a dream is, therefore, well solved the issue of relation between the form and spirit. During the Easten Han and Westen Han Dynasty(206B.C.-AD.220), following Wang Chong, Wang Fu was another atheist thinker who all -round criticized theological superstition. However, owing to the limitations of knowledge and history, there were still unthoroughness and accommodationism in Wang Fu's atheistic theory. For example, he was not able to negate the will of nature thoroughly and accepted the rational existance of god, goast and superstition. But, one flaw can not obscure the splendor of the jade,Wang Fu's atheistic theory was rech and integral. He established his own system. He was a very important materialistic thinker of atheism and his theory had profound historic significance to the posterity.
