At the same time, because of being restrained by many facts especially by the natural conditions, there were different developing levels in different areas. Generally speaking, it could be divided into three distinctive production belts, following as New England, midland and southern colony. Accompanying its occurrence there was the reorganization of the key elements of production such as land, labor and capital. The abundance of the land accelerated the collapse of the feudal ownership of land and promoted the establishing of capitalistic one. As a result, it created a freedom for the development of commercial agriculture. In order to solve the problem of labor scarcity, there were three kinds of people were involved in the farming production, including free labors, servants and slaves. The original funds invested in the commercial agriculture came from English capital market. The lack of funds was one of the main problems, which prevented the development of the commercial agriculture. The commercial agriculture also influenced the development of American history.
