The Research On The Science And Technology In Music Of Pre-Qin Period In China

Look back the develop course of the history of thousands of years of Chinese music, there are a lot of factors that promote Chinese music to develop, such as: Economic basic, philosophy ideological, music idea, music system and music exchanging and protector of art and so on. These factors on certain level influenced and promoted the development of Chinese music art. But for the present research condition of music circle, there are not enough attention has been paid to the affect of science and technology that has taken on history of Chinese music.The level of science and technology of ancient China has been in the lead in world, and has influenced the development of Chinese music. The dissertation will investigate music document and unearthed instruments of pre-Qin period and discuss the role of the science and technology in the history of Chinese music.This dissertation includes 4 parts: It is the first to introduce the whole condition and the major achievement of science and technology in ancient china; Second part sorts out and sums up the music document and the unearthed instrument archaeological studies of pre-Qin; The part of 3rd is the focal point of this paper, discussing the level of the science and technology in music of pre -Qin period on the foundation of summing up the music document and the archaeology material. The part of 4th is the conclusion of this paper, testifying the close connection between science and technology and music and pointing out that developing the borderline subject will have significant realistic meaning and wide prospect.
