The Initial Study On The Artistic Features Of An Opera Of Mozart--The Marriage Of FEIGARO

《The Marriage of FEIGARO》 is one of the most famous operas of Mozart, which is of vital significance in the music creation and social ideology. Musical analysis, sociology, musical aesthetics are conducted in this thesis to analyze this opera. The opera begins with a comparison of the operas of Mozart with the dramas of Beaumarchais, and probes into the artistic characteristic of 《The Marriage of FEIGARO》 , in order to achieve a complete investigation on the opera.The writer of this thesis holds that the artistic characteristic of 《The Marriage of FEIGARO》 lies in the full play of musical peculiarity given by Mozart, also the harmony of music and the expression and portray of the characters. The opera shows the influence on Mozart of the Enlightenment in France and German with deep expression of social ideology and moral significance. Meanwhile, there exists both internal and external magnificence in the opera, revealing an obvious feature of Mozart's aesthetics conception. The great contribution of Mozart to the techniques of music creation is the application of ensemble, which plays a role more important than aria. He develops the comedy forms to a new height to compare favorably with the other opera forms.The thesis consists of two chapters. The first chapter is about the foundation of the artistic characteristic of Mozart's this opera, in which the origin of the opera, the structure of opera, musical aesthetics and dramatic aesthetics are discussed. The second chapter is about the opera music display artistic features of Mozart's operas also the more important, in which the writer analyzes the features of the operas' music language, and the music display artistic features and the music dramatist of Mozart's operas.
