In Lu Xun's works, the intense sensation of color constitutes an important characteristic of Lu Xun's literary arts. To analyze Lu Xun's works from the chromatics angle and to approach Lu Xun's unique individuality is extremely important in the study of Lu Xun's works, but up to now, there is still nobody who has ever thoroughly discussed it in this field. This article is divided into two parts, which separately analyze Lu Xun's works from the color utilization and its implication in Lu Xun's works and approach Lu Xun's individuality. In the first part, in view of the color utilization of Lu Xun's works, An analysis is made on Lu Xun's works separately from the image angle of black,white and red color.As to black image, there are the dark strobe, the black shade, the black night, and the black persons of black-eyebrow,black-eye,black-face and in black-clothes. From the works of《Diary of a Madman》,《Medicine》, 《Tomorrow》,《Farewell to Shade》 and so on, one can see, "darkness" and "dark night" and "darkly hard room". Meanwhile in this "hard ouse", one can see persons with "black" expression (Hua Laoshuan, Aunt Hua, Kong Yiji, Sister-in-law Xianglin). By using "black",Lu Xun symbolizes the brutality of "eating people" society. and reveals the deeply-contained dismal and death of these miserable,ignorant "spirits", and profoundly displays Lu Xun's understanding on social life. "Pitch-dark" shows an overall tone in his text. The family of "black person" with the spirit lonely, alone, despair down to revenge and death is also a black image. Lu Xun frequently poured the deeply "black color" on character image with unique individualiaty like Lu Weifu, Wei Lianshu, "the traveler", "feast", Hou Yi and so on. These "black" images symbolize Lu Xun's innermost feelings of loneliness. At the same time, Lu Xun uses "black color" to decorate the revenge, highlight himself as that "the traveler" wearing black clothes, continuously proceeding, this is precisely the image of him struggling in darkness. Lu Xun relates the black with the form of his life existence, in which is breeding his sentiment, his will, his individuality, his soul. But "dark" has not finally been able to devour him. From the lonely pain and soul anaesthesia, he difficultly struggles out and sends out "the whoop" to console the brave gentleman who runs quickly alone, and cherishes hope in the breaking of "the hard room". At the same time, he deeply realizes the complex crisis crossed intertwining and the hardly escaped connection between himself and "dark". By "disturbing darkness", he is to break the false "peace throughout the country". This is Lu Xun who is partial to "black"—"the black-clothes person", who shouldered the "dark strobe" and the "black person" , who ran in dark night in wilderness. As to the white image, it is mainly reflected by "the white heart" proposed in Lu Xun's "Broken Evil Sound Discussions", "The white heart" is to pursue the person's "pure white thoughts", which is the important target that Lu Xun tracks down in his life. Lu Xun writes "the white" frequently in contrast with "the black" , It has its unique symbolic meaning. It displays in the contrast of the character and the environment, The black and white contrast of characters themselves; "the white moonlight" and "the dark night" contrast, such as "the moonlight" in "Soap", "Brother", "Fall Night", "Overcomes Nature", "Rushes Moon", "Casting Sword", as well as the ice-cold reality presented "ice valley" in "Dead Fire".
