The Comparation Of Rhetorical Thouhgt On Wenze Written By Chenkui And Rhetoric Written By Aristotle

Rhetoric has a long history not only in China but also in western countries. Wenze written by Chenkui is the first rhetorical works in China, and so is Rhetoric written by Aristotal in western counties. In order to clarify the same and the different rhetorical thoughts ,we choose this two books to compare from origin. First of all, in this artical Wenze is compared to Rhetoric from three aspects: starting point of theory,studying methods and concrete rhetorical theory. Second , this artical discusses the reasons why rhetorical thoughts of this two works are different including social reason, linguistic reason and thinking reason. At last, we get four points from the comparation.
