But when the two families departed from power core because of attacks from imperial power, and because authorities advocated filial piety and fraternal duty and punished the actions that was't in accordance with filial, as well as metaphysics returned to the Confucianism, the two families emerged a large number of the actions of filial piety and fraternal duty at the end of the Southern Dynasties.By inspecting The Wang family and The Xie family of the Southern Dynasties, we can know that for seeking development, the top families had to give themselves up to the politics of imperial power. But the ways of combining with imperial power were different. And thanks to attacks from imperial power they all departed finally from power core.
