The Reappearance Of Mystical Culture In The Novels Of The New Period

When we read the novels of the new period of Chinese literature history , we can feel obviously a flavour of mystical, which we have not seen for a long time. It is the result of the transform of literature from the main stream of politics to the main stream of culture. Facing the reform of all aspects, the writers of the new period, with puzzle of the future, sneak into the fertile soil of popular culture, and find out the rich and mysterious culture about myth\witchcraft\ghost\foretell\unusual custom and dreamland, which makes their novels appear mysterious colour.This paper chooses some typical subjects from the novels of the new period, such as myth\dreamland \primitive custom and unusual death , to prove the existence of this literature phenomenon.
