Study On The Stay Government Of The Lee Dynasty Of Korea

During the period of Lee Dynasty , the Korean government established the Stay System by imitating what was in Tang and Song Dynasty, the Stay system had administration and military function during the Lee Dynasty. Though the establishment of Lee Dynasty's Stay system was caused by the affection of China, it presented specific features compared to the Tang and Song Dynasty's Stay system. The reason was that Korea had the special historical background., the social structure and the cultural tradition. The Lee Dynasty's Stay system was banded by those defensive ideas and the local ruling system, which once existed in Gaoli, Xinluo and the Three Country Period.The thesis discusses the background of the Stay government's establishment, the Stay government's function and its affection on the Lee Dynasty's local governance by taking the example of Kaicheng Stay government..Not only can we know the local government system of Lee Dynasty, we also can peep the defensive system of those countries, such as Gaoli ,Xinluo and the Three Country Period of Korea, besides their local defensive system.The thesis constitutes with three parts, such as the introduction ,the body part and the conclusion.The introduction does not mainly discusses the research purpose and significance, but also includes the research tendency, the difficult points, the new ideas and so on..The body of the thesis constitutes with four parts. The first part is about the background and the establishment of the four Stay governments, such as Kaicheng, Jianghua, Hhuiyuan and Guangzhou. The second part is about the function change of the Stay government's administration and the military organization. The third part discusses how the Stay government enriched its finance source and resolved its finance embarrassment. In the fourth part, the writer try to research the reason why the Korean government changed its former policy, and consolidated the Staygovernment's military function during the later stage of the Lee Dynasty.It is in the conclusion part that concisely concluded the Stay government's management.
