Committed compliance is wholehearted willing self-regulated compliance in which the child appears to be eagerly embrace the mother's agenda and her values. It reflects the child's degree of eagerness to endorse the caregiver's agenda, is the hallmark of the child's emerging conscience. The child's emerging ability to comply with parental demands and expectations is a developmental hallmark and it is also one of the central goals of socialization in parent-child interaction. Moral self is an important psychological mechanism of stable committed compliance. The study aimed to explore the effects of moral self on children's committed compliance. In experiment 1, 48 children aged 4 years in Ganxi kindergarten were selected as subjects, their moral self and committed compliance were examined using interview and observation methods. The result showed the moral self correlated significantly with committed compliance. In experiment 2, 41 children in the same kindergarten were selected as the sample, 19 were in the study class ,who received education of self-designed material three times a week for 12 weeks, the other 22 were in the control class who received normal education. the result showed the education of self-designed material was helpful in improving children's committed compliance. In a sum, moral self effected the committed compliance significantly.
