The Ethics Of Virtual Society And Its Construction

The virtual society relies on the modern science and technology, especially the world social organization in order to be supported of information technology of the computer, its production, will change people's existing life completely--On one hand it gave a powerful push to economy and society's development, but brought all sorts of challenges to us at the same time . The sustainable development of the virtual society, can not do without the control in technology , law , policy , etc., can't do without taking into consideration of humane ethics even more. The ethics as a kind of powerful control tool to society , have irreplaceable function to the development of the virtual society.This research uses scientific and technological ethics, scientific and technological sociology, scientific and technological law science, multi-disciplinary theory and method , such as informatics ,etc., proceed with the origin and development of virtual society, have explained the characteristic and crisis of the virtual society, and have made a theoretical analysis to the origin and countermeasure of the virtual social ethics problem. On the basis of considering western ethics and China's traditional ethics , and further discuss the reliance of the construction of virtual social ethics .At the same time, according to the characteristic of the construction of virtual social ethics , put up the basic principle , virtual social citizen's radical regulation and corresponding countermeasure and suggestion after putting forward virtual social ethics.
