On The Moral Abnormality In The Social Transformation Of China

Domestic scholars have been discussing the problems of moral abnormality and carrying out researches on it in recent years. Under the background of the social transformation of China and by the means of Marxism position and methodology, this paper tries to view the problem of moral abnormality dialectically. Now, great changes have taken place in China. In the view of economy, we can understand that our country is experiencing the transformation from planning economy system into market economy system and from backward agricultural economy into advanced industrial economy. In this period, moral abnormality has become more and more serious.Viewed in the process of the history, moral abnormality provides a chance to construct new ethics system, so to some extent, it has positive effects on our society. But, to our great regret, moral abnormality has caused many serious social problems, so we can never neglect its negative effects. The causes of moral abnormality include the unbalance of the economy development, the lack of the offering of effective institution system and the conflict of value ideas. In order to curb the moral abnormality, we must continue to develop the national economy and market economy, increase the offering of the institution system and strengthen the ethics construction.
