The Moral Norms Problems Research Of Contemporary Chinese Social Transformation Period

As the basic conduct norms and standards, ethics has outstanding value inmaintaining social order and stabilizing the social structure. But during the profoundand complex process of social transformation, along with the social structure,economic patterns and social relations model changes and development, people’svalues, ways of thinking and behavior has also undergone dramatic changes. Thefunction of the original moral rules begins facing challenges and cannot effectivelyregulate a variety of new behaviors and phenomena. At the same time, the new moralrules adapting to the requirements of social transformation and changes failed inestablishment, which led to the generation of social anomie. The existence of moralanomie, not only means the loss of an important means of regulation of people’sbehavior, but also directly affect the construction and development of the normal orderof society, and may exacerbate the cost and sacrifice for our national socialtransformation, even related to the smooth commencement and implementation of oursociety transformation, therefore, it urgently need to be paid serious attention andconcern.According to those above, based on the macro background of our nation’s socialtransformation, starting from the Social Transformation and moral anomie inherentrelationship, this thesis expanded the analysis of the moral anomie--its performanceand negative impact on the process of social transformation, and further discussed thecauses and mechanism of moral anomie phenomenon.This paper argues that to realize this transformation and construction from amoral anomie to the moral standards, this realization must first be based on the basicunderstanding of moral building necessity,also need a clear understanding about thecontents and directions of the moral reconstruction. On this, this paper argues that byoptimizing the moral guiding and returning mechanism, strengthening the socialsupervision and management, promoting the simultaneous construction of law andmoral, forming a special moral and cultural system, deepening the educationalactivities of ethical practice and these specific paths could promote the solution andprocessing of moral anomie problem.
