This thesis was use Zhu Dexi's theory of turn point and direct point to made a through research the word Zhe in ShiJi, so it can be interpreted clearly.This thesis holds the point that the word Zhe all those that used after verb or verb phrase , adjective, number and position word to form a new noun phrase, have the similar grammatical function and semantic function was called Zhe of turn point, it not only changed category of front component, but also changed the meaning of front component. All those that used after the noun or noun phrase, verb phrase and end of the formal clause of a compound sentence, not changed the meaning of formal component, have the similar grammatical function and semantic function was called Zhe of direct point.
