This thesis, adopting the method of traditional science of literature, on the basis of reading over some main literature on the theory of style of the poem of Tang Dynasty and fully absorbing the research achievement, studies the theory of style of the poem of Tang Dynasty fully and entirely from stylistic view, and tries to reveal it stylistic significance and the theoretical significance in the history of poem."Style" is a general concept in Wei-Jin-Nan-Bei Dynasty's and Tang Dynasty's books on literary form. Its contents have briefly three respects: article form; article style; section system. From frequency of use, it means article style and content mainly including stylistic style, writer's style and eras' style. The pre-researchers always study on style merely from stylistic view and ignore its stylistic significance. In fact, it is found that researchers in 20th centuries still did not study this problem from stylistic view. For example, some common books on history of literary criticism in 20 century either don't discuss on this or merely list material about it, and all under the background of development and criticism history of literature. Other treatises on the style of the poem of Tang Dynasty merely expound the development of poem and so on. So it is necessary and worthy to study the theory of style of the poem, as the theory of poem form, from stylistic view.When from section system of poem, it is easily found that Cui Rong' and other people's theory on means of poem expression and decorative technique analyses it deeply; that Wang Chang-ling, Jiao Ran', Qi Ji' and other people's theory on the presentation of ideas, sentence structure and laws of character relate to theory of style of the poem relate to theory of style of the poem, thus has a great stylistic significance of theory itself.
