In the works of Franz Kafka, almost the all, "absurdity" is always used as the multifarious emergence, in spite of the person he molded (character, thought and behavior) or the world that people live in (situation and destiny), containing this weird characteristics with depressive atmosphere. Is actually the "alienation" a pure reflection of the actuality and his comprehension of the world, or deconstruction of the civilization of this world? This involves what the standpoint of Franz Kafka is: modernism or postmodernism. In my opinion, the reason that Franz Kafka becomes popular is, he discovers the tragedy of human, but this alienation's tragedy is not such simple caused by "industry or capitalistic developments" only. Friedrich Nietzsche adopts to say that "the God died', Michel Foucault said the subjectivity of people also died, so "who" becomes the prolocutor? Power organization. Michel Foucault enlightened us to topple over the "rationality", the history of philosophy started rewriting there at him, giving us a new idea to deal with the things. Power organization is a complicated system, it creates and develops continuously. Why the society has become absurd? Here is the vestige that can be consulted . This detection contains a key: why is everybody unfree and steeped in naturally? Not the works of Franz Kafka is absurd, but the world is, Franz Kafka just discovered the tragedy. Michel Foucault did many research works about this: "power" is the core. He investigates the source progressively, try to construct the blueprint of this concealed power organization. The common point between Michel Foucault and Franz Kafka is, Franz Kafka used his fine and delicate intuition to delineate the "alien world". It is a kind of sensitive faculty of cognizing the world; but Michel Foucault's research is using the exactly, reasonable way to clear this space. Franz Kafka wrote the parable, while Michel Foucault wrote the theories. The absurd parable makes us see clearly human's position as well as the power theories do. The human life in Franz Kafka and Michel Foucault's works may fit to called "absurd situation". This text plans to research this proposition. We can use the power theories of Michel Foucault in order to shine start the four aspects of the Franz Kafka's works. The first part starts with the correspondence of "abnormal person", discusses the sideline of crazy, transvestism etc., and inquires into the insane imago of Franz Kafka's works. Michel Foucault used the post structuralism method, commencing from the whole environment of human being, concentrating the govermentality that mankind are facing. Michel Foucault himself can feel the sexual oppression too.Michel Foucault declared before, the rational thought should be diversified. He used scathing judgment on rationalism thought, his purpose is to protest the ethics and to start his rebellion. The second part starts with the absurd situation, enclosing their observation of educational mode as an example, which reflexes the widespread predicament of human. Rules are the important reason of the formation of Franz Kafka's weak personality, especially the Jewish education. The absurd environments mainly embodies in two aspects. The first one is the revealment of power and the exploration of this governing method. Both the personal judgment and the existence of the absurd situation are connected with the power and law vitally, in which embodies the subtle relation of Michel Foucault's theories and Franz Kafka's imago. The third part discusses the power theories of Michel Foucault and the true law of Franz Kafka. Appling of parable and absurd aesthetics has formed Franz Kafka's unique character and includes his profound understanding of human being's life. He always discussed with emotion but seriously about the judgment of him by others and himself. Where the power of judgment comes from, and how it becomes human's personal problem gradually. With Michel Foucault's attitude to the world for reference, we can have the sober cognition of this network, and investigate how to br...
