Tangxuan-zong was fairly capable of implementing his achievement at the later TangDynasty.The Dazhong period was viewed as relatively clear time in Tang Dynasty.For savingthe declining of Tang Dynasty he,deligent and cautious,lanuched a series of offorts at thesame time obtained the lots of rusults.All obtained the big achievement in thepolitics,economy,people…etc.This thesis addresses itself to demonstrating two aspects:itsconstruction of bureaucrate and more prevalnce of buddism in the domestic affairs bureau.Thefirst part aims to discuss the three aspects: Dazhong increasing officials,cautiously choosingofficers,paying more attention to the law and strengthening sovereign.The construction ofgovernment was praised so much by historian."Combate corruption and build a cleargovernmet and to be peaceful with otherrs"was written by Fanzuyu.It was the construction ofgovernment that paved the way for the construction of economy and restoring the lostterroritory.The second part compares revive of buddism in Tang xuanzong with the destruction ofbuddism in huichang ,which to some extent is viewed as the correction to the destruction ofbudism. Tang xuanzong put a certain limitation on the buddism and brought into the rule overgovernment scope instead of following the convertional road.The reason of revive of buddismis not anti-meeting of the policy of the huichang, but to seek the reason from the society andeunuch.First buddism had its social foundation that existed.The next ponit:The eunuch wasnasty vanguaxd who aggressively supported it.This thesis from the to aspects to discuss in order to make people have an thoroughunderstand and know him deeply and draw up to have the benefit towards Tang Dynasey ofTang xuanzong.
