Objective: Along with the social and the internet development, democratic and equal rearing patterns are required today. A great deal of research results in China and abroad indicate that child-parent relationship is very important for the adolescence physical and mental health. Good child-parent relationship is based on the good communication between parents and children. Group guidance as a new kind of educating and training pattern, not only can promote individual development, but also can prevent and cure effect.. It is necessary to train parents, especially mothers the new education theories and the basic skills of communication through the group training of communication between parents and children, if you want to improve the education and enhance the adolescence physical and mental health.Method: In order to find out the state of middle school students' parent-child relationship, 196 students were investigated with RCRT in No.28 middle school in Shi JiaZhuang, 100 in grade 1, 96 in grade 2. Eight mothers of students in grade 2 were elected to_take part in training group, another 8 mothers to contrast group. Before and after training, two groups' mother answered the RCRT-for parent, and the children answered the RCRT-for child. After training, fathers of training group answered the father's observation scale, mother answered the Training view scale.Conclusions:1. The parent-child relationship of middle school students is not good; the father-child relationship is better than the mother-child relationship; the parent-child relationship of girls' is better than the parent-child relationship boys'.2. Parents' evaluation about the parent-child relationship is better than that of children's.3. There are 4 major problems of parents' communication with their children that of middle school students' in grade 1 and 2, they are feeling's management, active listening , "I-message", encouragement.4. Group guidance of communication between parents and children is effective for adolescence's healthy growing and children's confidence and achievement's enhancing.
