The problem of the relation between man and nature is an old topic. Man has got not only huge material and spiritual wealth, but also great dependence upon Sci-tech since the coming of the technological time. Along with the technological getting into man's life, the negative effectiveness of the Sci-tech has affected gradually man's living conditions. Since the topic of "constructing the socialistic united society" was put forward, the philosophers, economists and politicians have had a hot discussion on it. Therefore, to survey the problem again from the sight of Sci-tech has necessitated. The author seeks to quest for the approach of the harmony from the angle of Sci-tech ethics. The thesis has three chapters. In chapter 1, the thesis generalizes the unbalance of the relation and analyses the technological causes of the condition in brief. In chapter 2, the thesis defines the necessity to convert the moral paradigm and suggests the means to convert. In chapter 3, the thesis analyses emphatically the Sci-tech ethics mechanism in the course of converting the moral paradigm, i.e. in the course of figuring the relation between man and nature again, and seeks to relate between ecological ethics and technology. The future production and development of the human society demands that the modern social practice must change the developmental pattern of the traditional economy which pursues in part the economical benefit, and build a kind of angle of economical development which can consider the economical benefit as important as the ecological benefit and pay more attention to the social benefit little by little. This demands that in the course of using Sci-tech, we must unite the technology and the ultimate benefit of human, and remain a permanent "ecological concern" to nature, which is also the final concern to the human benefit.
